Shipping policy

All orders are processed are typically processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped that contains tracking information.


How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@westernloghomesupply.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

How do you ship?
Most orders ship UPS or FedEx Ground. Smaller items may be shipped USPS.  For larger orders we will palletize and ship LTL Freight. LTL Freight orders do not include a lift gate unless specified at the time of order.

Do you have Free Shipping?
We ship quite a few items for free. Free shipping items are labeled with free shipping labels. If the product does not include a free shipping label then standard ground rates apply. You can view shipping rates in the the checkout.

What are your shipping times?
Most orders ship in 1-2 business days. We have multiple shipping locations which allows most orders to be delivered within 1-3 business days after shipping. Items like copper post caps and fire pits are made to order and take longer to ship.
Western Log Home Supply is not responsible to damage incurred during shipping or lost/stolen packages. Please inspect the merchandise thoroughly before signing and report damage to the carrier at time of delivery. If your product is damaged or lost, we will assist with filing a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
