Return Policy

Prior authorization from Western Log Home Supply must be obtained before returning any merchandise. A restocking fee will be charged for authorized returns. Goods returned without prior authorization will not be credited. Returns must be made no more than 30 days past original shipping date.
If the product is damaged in shipping, you may choose to refuse the delivery or  Western Log Home Supply work with shipping carrier to file a damage claim on your behalf.   Western Log Home Supply is not responsible for lost or damage product. Please email sales@westernloghomesupply.com to request return authorization.
