Return Policy

Prior authorization from Western Log Home Supply, Inc. 869 E. Industrial Blvd., Pueblo, CO 81007, must be obtained before returning any merchandise. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for authorized returns. Goods returned without prior authorization will not be credited. Returns must be made no more than 90 days past original shipping date.
