Prior authorization from Western Log Home Supply must be obtained before returning any merchandise. You can also email us at sales@westernloghomesupply.com

Western Log Home Supply is not responsible to damage incurred during shipping. Please report damage to the carrier at time of delivery.

A 20% restocking fee will be charged for authorized returns. Goods returned without prior authorization will not be credited. Returns must be made no more than 30 days past original shipping date. Shipping costs are not refundable. Western Log Home Supply is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.
