Western Log Home Supply is not responsible to damage incurred during shipping. Please report damage to the carrier at time of delivery.

A 20% restocking fee will be charged for authorized returns. Goods returned without prior authorization will not be credited. Returns must be made no more than 30 days past original shipping date.
