Almost all of the homes we produce are customized in some way. We want you to get exactly the home plan you've been dreaming of and also save money.

Using our downloadable CAD / PDF File sets reduces the price for customization to just a small fraction of what you would pay to create a home plan since the architect isn't burdened with the task of creating a floor plan from scratch.

We have uploaded some of our most popular home plans in CAD* and .PDF format to you to download and take to your architect or design professional to make changes to your house plan.

WHATS INCLUDED:

RENDERED EXTERIOR VIEW - A rendered exterior view of the home is provided to help you visualize your log home.

DETAILED 2 DIMENSIONAL FLOOR PLAN - Show the layout of each floor of the house. Rooms and interior spaces are carefully dimensioned and include locations of doors and windows.

DETAILED ISOMETRIC FLOOR PLAN - A full color isometric view of the home is presented. Doors, windows, interior walls and even furniture are shown.

PRINTABLE FLOOR PLANS - All views are printable for you to make your own marks and comments on. These can be printed out as many times as you want.

THE IMPORTANT PART:

CAD FILE - CAD format to take or email to your architect or design professional for changes. Having the CAD file set reduces the price for customization since the architect isn't burdened with the task of creating a floor plan from scratch.

CAD is a sophisticated software package containing advanced graphics and drawing features used by engineers, architect, and designers for drawing and design applications. Our CAD files are best used with AutoCAD designed by Autodesk. The AutoCAD files have the extensions .DWG Note: All sales on house plans downloads are final.
